Craven's Haven

I'm a mom first, to a beautiful young lady who leaves for college in the Fall of 2009.  We own a very small farm and keep three of our five horses at home.  Two others are kept at a stable.  We foxhunt, cross-country trailride, and my daughter shows in the hunters and jumpers and is dabbling in equitation.  We also own two dogs, Tucker, a 12 yr. old choco lab and Tigger, a 7 year old dane/shepherd mix who has never been a "single" dog.  Tucker is slowing down and we do not look forward to his inevitable passing.  ;(  We would love to have a new bullie pup to help fill the void of our daughter leaving for college and Tucker moving on to a "better" place.  We will be lost without them.  We're forever dog owners and know its almost impossible to be sad with a puppy in the house.  Here's hoping we can hook up with one of your pups.  We know Porter, who lives with Lacey and Adam Cramer and who stole our hearts from DAY 1.  The bulldog puppy adoption has been in the thinking process since the Cramers adopted Porter - yes, he's THAT cute!
