Here on the farm we breed for world calibur APHA halter horses to the fast and furious barrel horses! We also breed English Bulldogs and French Bulldogs. Our English Bulldogs and French Bulldogs are bred by us with a long line of our Craven Acres blood lines. By all means we do not inbreed,line breed or cross breed, If you are not able to tell, I am a perfectionist.....I love what I do and I can say Im pretty good at it. All is done here, we are a full breeding facility offering progesterone testing,collections and AI. Our puppies on an average run $2600 but have gone to $3500 for those rare colors. Here is some estimated costs to why the English Bulldogs are priced the way they are.
What it all involves:
#1. A real Bulldog has to have a ceasarian =Estimated cost $1000 (real bulldogs have very large heads)
#2. Newborn litters require 24 hour attention the first 2 weeks( A lack of sleep.....you decide)
#3. Proper care of the bitch yearly is $1200 proper care of the male is $1200(wormings and vaccines inc, time is not)
#4. Collection and AI are time consuming,Stud fee's $600+ Shipping Fee's $200
#5. Care and cleaning of new pups plus vaccines and wormings $50 each not including time
